About the Role Senior Analysts lead our client relationships and bring our outcome-driven strategies to life. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Client Relationships You bring our core value of Relationships Yield Results to life by adopting an owner's mindset as you approach your work You exemplify our high standards for client communication and customer service You solicit and apply client feedback to continually improve the value of our service delivery You ensure that your work maintains alignment with clients' outcome-driven strategies and our company's core values Client Strategy You build & implement outcome-driven SEM strategies that identify the highest-impact initiatives given our clients' goals, business context, and resources You identify & prioritize coherent SEM recommendations to be implemented You ensure that the implementation occurring on your client accounts is aligned with their outcome-driven strategies You measure the business impact of your SEM recommendations and communicate results effectively to your clients You collaborate with the SEO team to identify cross-channel opportunities to drive growth Production You exemplify our high standards for time and task management, tracking your work accurately and consistently meeting expectations You prioritize your work according to your clients' outcome-driving strategies and the project management expectations set forth by your Manager You facilitate efficient implementation, whether that's work we're directly responsible for implementing or developing requirements & deliverables to make it seamless for our clients' teams to implement You set a high standard for the quality of your outputs and adherence to our processes Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead day-to-day management of your clients' SEM engagements Manage the prioritization and timely execution of SEM tasks, including but not limited to; Keyword research & competitor analysis Account builds & campaign management Ongoing performance optimization Measurement, reporting, & forecasting Maintain orderly and accurate tasks in ClickUp to ensure your responsibilities are completed on time & to expectations Delegate tasks to Analysts clearly and effectively Manage client relationships Develop relationships with clients that are built on transparency, honesty, and exceptional communication Lead communication in regular client meetings Implement communication strategies that foster collaboration, including a regular meeting cadence and exceptional customer service Share the wins and don't shy away from the losses Be proactive in bringing solutions and opportunities to clients Be open and communicative with your coworkers and leadership team to flag issues early and resolve them quickly Develop and deliver reporting that communicates results and surfaces new insights and recommendations Stay up-to-date on industry developments and communicate relevant news internally & externally Requirements Hard Skills 3+ years of experience managing Paid Search programs Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Experience with Paid Social, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, is a plus Experience with video and display advertising is also a plus Experience managing Paid Search programs in the ecommerce industry Expertise in Google Merchant Center and managing product feeds Soft Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing competing priorities effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration among team members Strong presentation & client communication skills that are reflective of your experience Attention to detail and ability to anticipate project risks Adaptability and responsiveness, adjusting project schedules as priorities shift Compensation Salary range of $60,000 -$80,000 for 32 working hours per week (read about our Offline Fridays policy on our website) Quarterly profit-sharing-based bonus program aligned to company goals & individual performance Avg. annual bonus amount in 2025: $15,000 Avg. annual bonus amount in 2026 (current pacing): $25,000 Comprehensive benefits package including: 401k program with 3% company match and profit sharing Medical, dental and vision insurance options $900 annual wellness stipend Paid vacation Paid parental leave What it's Like Working at Uproer At Uproer, we operate on a set of core values that permeate our day-to-day.
