About the Role As a Paid Media Specialist , you'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work with automotive, powersports, and local service businesses while collaborating closely with account managers, designers, and fellow marketing specialists. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and technical sides of digital marketing. You'll not only optimize campaigns, but also help ensure proper tracking, attribution, audience strategy, and data accuracy. You'll have opportunities to work with emerging AI tools, automation, advanced analytics, and evolving advertising platforms while helping shape the future of our paid media department. What You'll DoCampaign Strategy & Management Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Google Ads Microsoft Ads (Bing) Meta (Facebook & Instagram) YouTube Performance Max Demand Gen OTT/CTV platforms Programmatic Display Manage campaign budgets ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars per month. Perform keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization. Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on high-performing creative assets. Continuously A/B test ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures. Develop remarketing and prospecting strategies across multiple platforms. Monitor pacing, budget allocation, impression share, search terms, and overall account health. Analytics, Tracking & Conversion Setup Configure and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager containers. Set up and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads and Meta. Build and test conversion events using: Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Meta Pixel Audit websites to ensure accurate attribution and event tracking. Debug tracking issues using browser tools, Tag Assistant, Meta Pixel Helper, and developer tools. Understand how websites, forms, CRMs, and analytics platforms interact. Reporting & Optimization Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Create reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards. Present campaign insights to account managers and leadership. Monitor KPIs Make proactive recommendations to improve client performance. Innovation & Process Improvement Stay current on new advertising products and platform updates. Explore AI tools that improve campaign management and reporting. Help build internal processes, documentation, and best practices. Identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency across the department.
