Division-D is an omnichannel digital media partner serving both agencies and brands. We provide a full-service approach for our clients executing strategic media campaigns across a variety of digital channels with highly advanced audience targeting, premium inventory partnerships, and impactful ad formats at scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Division-D is seeking a part-time SEO Intern to provide crucial support in executing and managing our clients' SEO campaigns. The SEO Intern will work closely with the SEO team to assist in website reviews, technical audits, and ongoing optimization efforts. This role involves helping to improve organic rankings and increase site traffic for clients by supporting on-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions, body copy, etc.), off-page SEO (digital PR, backlinking), and technical SEO tasks (fixing broken links, 4xx codes, etc.). The SEO Intern will also support reporting efforts, trend analysis, and recommendations based on performance metrics.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with managing multiple SEO campaigns, working alongside the SEO Specialists and SEO Manager to ensure effective client services Support the preparation of internal and external reports for clients and team members Assist in implementing white-hat SEO strategies to enhance clients' organic rankings Aid in the development of SEO content strategies, including creating content briefs and updating website copy when necessary Assist in content editing, utilizing editing software to ensure blog articles and landing pages are error free before sending to client Loading blog articles and landing page copy into client websites Help identify link-building opportunities and contribute to link-building efforts for client sites Conduct additional research as necessary

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Docs, etc.) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Strong time management skills Comfortability with research-based work (this is not a client-facing position) Willingness to learn Humble and teachable attitude
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience supporting SEO campaigns or digital marketing projects Basic understanding of SEO best practices for on-page, off-page, technical, and content production or eagerness to learn Basic knowledge of WordPress and other CMSs (Wix, HubSpot, Shopify, etc) Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Business Profiles Previous experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Bright Local)
