Job Description

Solve Finance is a new debt advisor transforming an industry built on confusing the end user. We aren't your typical "fintech" company: we've built an app that works on behalf of the 99%, recommending the best actions to take for a user whatever their financial goal. And we recently launched lending and rent-reporting in our little app. We make better borrowing easy. We are currently seeking someone who straddles both the sales and marketing worlds to lead inbound and outbound communications for all new & prospective borrowers. This is not general customer service - this is helping the segment of users who have funded loans with us be successful, making offers and helping cut deals when times are tough, congratulating when times are good, and helping with budgets and leveraging our other in-app features all the time. We use intercom, customer.io, (keying off of Segment), and are moving to a new integrated loan management system. You'll set, maintain, and improve SLAs and metrics related to loan performance. Identify and help resolve bugs or improve features. We are open when it comes to the exact level of experience for this position- we are looking for high horsepower candidates who enjoy using their skills for problem solving on meaningful work.   • Online Sales or Marketing experience across multiple communications channels (chat, sms and email)
  • Good communicator and you enjoy writing in sales, marketing or business environments

  • Experience using systems for customer contact and outreach (LMS, CRMs for ad-hoc or systematic communications) and automating tasks to make your life easier

Compliance & Regulations:
Maintain strict compliance with all regulations and requirements. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Lifecycle Marketing
  • Experience in payments, financial products or household finance
  • Experience in a compliance-rich environment. Experience developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Experience in loan servicing
  • Mentoring, leadership experience
Payment Expertise:
Act as the primary functional expert on all payment-related services. Possess deep knowledge of the payments industry, including mobile payment systems, Card Networks, Settlement processes, procedures, and Rules. The salary range for the position is $50K to $60K depending on level of experience and overall fit for the position. There are also opportunities for monthly incentives and annual bonuses.
