About the role We're a content-marketing company building a fast-growing Reddit and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) service, and we're looking for a strategist to own it. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands Reddit culture deeply, thinks strategically about brand presence, and can turn that into results for clients across multiple industries. You'll set strategy, guide execution, and be the internal expert others learn from. What you'll do Develop brand-specific Reddit and GEO strategies. Identifying where and how brands should build authentic presence Own the methodology for building and growing subreddits and community engagement, and improve it over time Guide a team and freelance contributors executing content and community work to a high standard Track performance across sentiment, share of voice, AI citations, and community growth, and adjust strategy accordingly Act as the strategic voice on client calls, translating Reddit fluency into business outcomes What we're looking for Deep, genuine understanding of Reddit.
