Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize website for search engines to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions Manage and optimize local SEO, including Google Business Profiles and other local listings Improve search engine positioning for practice area pages and location-based pages Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis within the legal industry Implement on-page SEO strategies (metadata, headers, internal linking, content optimization) Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms Identify and implement opportunities for technical SEO improvements Track rankings, traffic, and ROI, and provide regular performance reports

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Lead or similar role Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices Experience managing law firm or professional services websites (preferred) Advanced technical skills of SEO strategy and programs used to track website performance Expertise in local SEO and Google listings Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
