We're looking for an SEO Specialist who craves clarity, loves efficiency and gets a genuine thrill from moving the needle. What you'll do Own keyword research and content strategy for client websites, building topic and keyword plans, spotting content gaps and briefing writers on what to create Optimize existing content and on-page elements to grow organic visibility and traffic Optimize content and structured data for generative engine optimization (GEO), earning visibility and citation in AI-generated search results and answer engines, and track how clients show up across those surfaces Conduct site audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data and page speed, and prioritize fixes with our developers Manage local listings and local search presence, including Google Business Profile Monitor rankings, organic traffic, AI search visibility and local performance, and turn what you find into clear, actionable recommendations Report monthly on assigned client accounts against established goals Use AI tools to move faster on keyword research, competitive analysis, content briefs, audits and reporting, verifying every output before it reaches a client Partner with writers, designers and developers to get your recommendations implemented Stay current on algorithm updates, AI search developments and optimization techniques What we're looking for Three years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on SEO and content strategy Demonstrated results growing organic visibility, rankings and traffic for websites and content you personally optimized Strong content instincts. You can look at a page and see both what it needs to rank and what it needs to actually help the reader Working knowledge of technical SEO and a clear sense of when to hand a technical issue to a developer Familiarity with GEO and how AI search is changing performance Working fluency with AI tools, including assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude and the AI features built into SEO, content and analytics platforms, plus the judgment to know when not to use them Comfort with GA4, Google Search Console and a rank-tracking platform such as Semrush Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication

Compensation Range:

$60,000 - $75,000
