Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Strategist to take ownership of paid media campaigns and drive measurable growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to connect ad performance, tracking, and data to real business outcomes. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while leveraging advanced tracking and AI tools to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms Own performance metrics including CPL, CPA, and ROI Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with B2B growth goals Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to identify high-value opportunities Implement and manage tracking systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, attribution models) Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve conversion rates Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, automation, and data insights Manage budgets across multiple campaigns to ensure efficient spend allocation Collaborate with internal teams on ad creative, landing pages, and funnel performance Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve results Requirements (Non-Negotiable): 3-4+ years of hands-on PPC experience Proven B2B marketing experience Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking platforms Strong experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and data analysis Experience with Go High Level (GHL) Experience managing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) Working knowledge of AI tools in marketing (applied to optimization and performance) Strong understanding of media buying, SEM, and performance marketing principles Proven ability to improve and scale campaign performance

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
