40.0 Overview Execute and optimize Amazon Retail Search and DSP campaigns for the U.S. Fem Care business, driving performance against brand, category, and retail objectives through data-driven media activation and continuous optimization. Responsibilities Execute Amazon Retail Search and DSP campaigns aligned with category, brand, and retail business goals. Manage day-to-day campaign activation, including budget pacing, bid management, targeting, keyword strategy, and ad placements. Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rate, share of shelf, incremental sales, and overall media performance. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results using Amazon advertising platforms, dashboards, and internal reporting tools. Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across keywords, products, audiences, and campaign performance. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in Retail Media Trading. Hands-on experience managing Amazon Retail Media campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP. Experience optimizing campaigns using performance metrics such as ROAS, conversion rate, and sales lift. Proficiency with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and bid optimization strategies. Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced retail or consumer products environment.
