Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Google Ads & Conversion Specialist role based in Miami, FL, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. The specialist will manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization to meet performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and implementing conversion rate optimization tactics across landing pages and funnels. The role involves setting up and maintaining tracking using web analytics tools, creating performance reports, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, design, and sales stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, test new initiatives, and ensure that advertising investments drive sustainable, profitable growth. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based optimization decisions. Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and data conversion techniques to improve lead quality and sales outcomes. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager) to set up tracking, measure performance, and attribute results accurately. Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings, explain complex metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing. Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis in performance-driven environments. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

$50.00 - $100.00 per hour
