• AI-native The opportunity We're partnering with a trailblazing AI company that doesn't just build one product
• they launch and scale entire portfolios of startups in parallel. They're looking for a growth operator who can own multiple accounts simultaneously, build systems from scratch, and make things happen with minimal resources and no playbook. This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll manage a portfolio of 8 startup accounts at once
• running organic growth strategies, identifying automation opportunities, and keeping ventures alive and gaining traction. What you'll do Own organic growth strategies across 8 startup accounts simultaneously Build systems and content engines
• not just one-off campaigns Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on growth experiments Identify what to automate and what needs a human touch Communicate technical needs directly to engineering Keep ventures alive and moving under real resource constraints Who you are 1-8 years of experience in growth, preferably at pre-seed to Series A startups Drove real, measurable results
• not just involved, but moved the needle Comfortable with ambiguity, tight budgets, and building from zero Can juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball Relentlessly resourceful
• you don't let things fail Genuinely curious about AI tools and how to apply them practically AI fluency required Gone beyond basic prompting
• you've actually built workflows or agents Experimented with content engines, automation, or lead generation systems Can identify where AI adds leverage and where it doesn't Not a fit if you need a structured environment, a big budget, a single product to focus on, or a clear playbook to follow.
