We're looking for a results-driven marketing specialist to help grow our eye care practice by attracting new patients through Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Primary Services:
Dry Eye Treatments and Aesthetic Services About the Role Your primary responsibility will be to create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads and, most importantly, convert those leads into booked patient appointments. This is a performance-focused role. We're looking for someone who can independently manage campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and continually improve results. ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (Primary Focus) Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research. Create compelling ad copy and coordinate ad creatives. Monitor budgets and optimize campaign performance. Perform A/B testing to improve results. Set up and monitor conversion tracking. Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. Provide monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations. Website & Landing Pages (Secondary) Make basic website updates as needed. Recommend and implement landing page improvements to increase conversions. Support marketing campaigns with website updates. Additional Support Assist with Google Business Profile updates when needed. Support other digital marketing initiatives as assigned. Weekly Time Allocation Google Ads Management

- 1 hour How Success Will Be Measured The goal of this role is to help grow our practice by generating new patient appointments.
Success will be measured by:
New patient appointments generated through Google Ads and Meta Ads. Patients reporting they found our practice through Google Search, Google Ads, Facebook, or Instagram. Growth in qualified leads and appointment requests. Cost per booked appointment. Continuous improvement in campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS). We care more about bringing new patients into the practice than vanity metrics such as impressions or clicks. Your success will be measured by the real business impact your campaigns create. Candidate Assignment Please assume the following: You have 10 hours per week. Compensation is up to $25/hour. You are managing marketing for a single-location eye care practice. The primary services to promote are Dry Eye Treatments and Aesthetic Services. Please prepare a brief proposal that includes: How you would structure our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Your recommended keyword strategy (Google) and audience strategy (Meta). Your approach to creating high-converting campaigns. How you would allocate your 10 hours each week. The KPIs you would track. What results you would realistically expect within the first six months.
