Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist with proven expertise in paid search, social media advertising, and pay-per-lead campaigns. In this role, you will own our paid media strategy end-to-end — from campaign architecture and audience targeting to ongoing optimization and reporting. This is a high-impact position suited for a self-starter who thrives on data, accountability, and delivering measurable ROAS. Role Success Statements PPC, Meta and PPL results are in alignment with the set target (leads, ROAS) PPC, Meta and PPL accounts are managed. PPC, Meta and PPL ads are created, tested, measured and iterated. Collaboration and Project Work from the Marketing Manager is effectively executed. What You'll Do Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Search, Display, and Performance Max. Build, test, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns — including prospecting funnels, retargeting audiences, and lookalike strategies. Execute and optimize pay-per-lead campaigns, ensuring lead quality, cost-per-lead targets, and conversion rates are consistently met. Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize performance. Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maintain efficiency and prevent overspend. Deliver clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for leadership. Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep our campaigns competitive. Collaborate with the content and design teams to brief and review creative assets aligned with campaign goals. Identify new paid media opportunities and proactively recommend strategies to grow our digital footprint. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google PPC, Facebook Ads, and pay-per-lead campaigns — agency or in-house. Demonstrated track record of managing significant ad budgets ($100K+ per month) with measurable ROAS and CPL outcomes. Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling. Experience with pay-per-lead platforms and lead generation funnels, including integration with CRMs. Strong analytical skills — ability to pull insights from data and translate them into optimizations and strategy. Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting and stakeholder reporting. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Google Ads certification is a strong plus; Meta Blueprint certification is a strong plus. Why Join Us Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Flexible work environment with remote/hybrid options. A collaborative team that values data, transparency, and results. Real ownership — your decisions directly impact company growth.
