1-2 Video Rounds Role Overview Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Call Recording & Speech Analytics Engineer to support enterprise communication platforms within a global banking environment. This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and support of NICE call recording, speech analytics, and WFM solutions , requiring strong hands-on expertise and the ability to work independently in a regulated environment. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with call recording & speech analytics platforms Strong expertise in NICE Platform Suite (Call Recording & Speech Analytics) Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Experience with system integration, release, and production support Knowledge of Windows Server (expert level) and .NET environments Proficiency in PowerShell scripting Understanding of networking concepts, SQL, HTTP, SOAP, XML Excellent communication and documentation skills
