Job Description:
Senior Marketing Manager Reston, VA (Hybrid) | Contract-to-Hire About the Role Our client, a well-established global organization, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic digital media initiatives supporting integrated marketing campaigns, brand awareness, category expansion, and audience engagement. This is a senior, hands-on role for a digital marketing professional who can think strategically while also executing campaigns and content across paid and organic channels. You will partner with internal Creative, Content, Product, Events, Strategic Communications, Analytics, Legal, and Marketing teams, as well as external agencies and vendors, to deliver measurable results across global digital initiatives. This role offers a strong opportunity to convert to a full-time position. You Will
  • Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies and campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Guide campaign strategy while creating, editing, publishing, and managing digital and social content.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, , and Google, with some YouTube.
  • Act as the in-house social media subject matter expert for the U.S. and other markets.
  • Own the full campaign process: defining target audience, placing ads, assigning budget, and tracking data, insights, and reporting.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, develop reports, and recommend optimizations based on data and results.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated editorial calendar across digital and social platforms.
  • Work closely with Creative Services, Content, Product, Events, Strategic Communications, Analytics, Legal, and other internal teams.
  • Partner with external agencies, publishers, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monthly forecasting, reconciliation, and vendor agreements.
  • Create and publish social media content using Sprinklr.
  • Develop basic digital creative assets as needed, such as simple mockups for review and approval.
  • Ensure campaigns and content follow established operational processes, brand standards, and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of platform policy changes and translate what updates to Google or Meta's terms mean for the team. You Have
  • 6-8+ years of related digital marketing, digital media, social media, or integrated marketing experience (8+ preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced experience developing and executing paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience setting up paid campaigns across Meta, , and Google.
  • Experience using enterprise social media management platforms; Sprinklr experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and external vendors or agency partners.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and MS Project for project management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Basic design skills and the ability to develop simple digital creative assets. Logistics

ASAP as a contractor, with strong likelihood of conversion to full-time.
    Hours/Week:
    40 hours/week.
      Onsite/Offsite:
      Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week in Reston, VA.

            Pay Rate:
            $60/hour.
