About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist with deep expertise in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and GA4 to own campaign strategy and execution for a portfolio of eCommerce and lead generation clients.

This role suits a hands-on operator and analytical thinker who's energized by digging into data, architecting clean account structures, and running tests that move the needle on performance. You'll work across multiple clients and industries, partnering closely with channel leads and account managers to deliver integrated, results-driven media strategies.

In your first few months, you'll focus on stabilizing active accounts, optimizing Google Merchant Center feeds, and tightening up tracking accuracy across GA4 and GTM, all while helping the team prepare for peak eCommerce season. You'll bring calm confidence and immediate value, keeping pacing, data accuracy, and promo readiness on track during high volume months.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. It's ideal for someone who excels at execution, strategic problem-solving, and proactive client and team communication.

What Youll DoOwn the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google advertising programs across assigned client accountsDevelop and execute data-driven strategies across multiple accounts to achieve growth goals, supported by audits, performance reviews, and competitive analysisManage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goalsLeverage GTM and GA4 to ensure accurate conversion tracking, event tagging, and performance measurementBuild and maintain Looker Studio dashboards to visualize key metrics and tell the story behind the dataManage monthly media budgets, ensuring pacing, profitability, and performance objectives are consistently metTranslate campaign performance into strategic recommendations that help clients grow revenue, improve lead quality, and identify new opportunitiesPartner with creative and analytics teams to align messaging, targeting, and conversion pathsWork closely with Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEO teams to deliver cohesive omnichannel strategiesCollaborate with account managers to communicate performance and identify optimization opportunitiesServe as a subject matter expert on Google Ads best practices, feed-based advertising, and tracking infrastructureStay current on platform updates, AI-driven tools, and automation strategies to inform testing roadmapsEvaluate and responsibly apply AI-powered features within Google Ads and complementary tools, maintaining strategic oversight and human decision-makingDevelop structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, landing pages, shopping feeds, and campaign typesWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in Paid Media strategy and execution (agency experience strongly preferred)Deep expertise in Google Ads, including campaign setup, segmentation, and optimizationHands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and GMCProven success managing eCommerce campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendationsComfort working across multiple accounts and industries simultaneouslyA calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritization in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience managing Lead Gen campaignsExperience with Looker Studio and automated reporting solutionsProgrammatic experience (StackAdapt, Display, CTV)Who Thrives HereYou show up real, do the hard work with your team, and take ownership of your part without waiting to be asked.
