Position Summary:

The SEO Specialist at Fierce Creative Solutions is responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (AEO and SEO) strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic for clients. This role requires expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and data analysis. The SEO Specialist collaborates with Client Relationship Managers and web developers to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Implementation Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify optimization opportunities. Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for search engine rankings. Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical improvements. Ensure all SEO strategies align with client goals and industry best practices. Technical SEO & Site Performance Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search rankings. Optimize website speed, crawlability, and mobile usability. Ensure proper indexing and structured data implementation. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Translate complex SEO data into actionable insights and client-friendly reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration with Internal Teams Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content. Coordinate with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements. Support client-facing teams by providing SEO recommendations and strategy updates. Industry Trends & Continuous Improvement Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and best practices. Test and implement new SEO strategies to improve client performance. Conduct research on new tools and techniques to enhance SEO effectiveness.
