Full Job Description Location :
Remote (U.S.-based) — with periodic travel for client engagements At Digitopia, we help B2Bs double their leads and luxury resorts double their direct bookings. We pair strategy with execution across inbound, content, paid media, SEO, AI Search, and RevOps. We hold ourselves to results our clients can see. The Senior Growth Strategist is the strategic lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of client accounts. You'll own the growth vision for each client, translate business goals into integrated content, paid media, and SEO strategies, and orchestrate the specialists who bring those strategies to life. You'll also help raise the bar for the whole team by guiding and training junior strategists. Today our book of business is concentrated in B2B technology, and we're deliberately expanding into luxury resorts, luxury real estate, and luxury senior living. This role sits at the center of that shift, so you'll need to be equally comfortable speaking the language of a B2B SaaS buyer and the discerning, brand-led world of luxury clients. This is a senior individual-contributor role with mentorship responsibility. You'll lead client strategy and develop talent, without carrying a formal people-management line. Responsibilities Own growth strategy for up to 8 client accounts at a time , serving as the senior strategic lead and primary point of contact for each. You'll own goal-setting and roadmapping through reporting and renewal. Lead integrated content and growth strategies , translating each client's business objectives into measurable plans across content, paid media, SEO/AI Search, email, and website. Architect content funnels end to end , mapping content and offers to every stage of the buyer journey and continuously optimizing for conversion, pipeline, and revenue—not vanity metrics. Set paid media strategy , defining channel mix, budget allocation, audience targeting, and testing frameworks across paid search and paid social, and partnering with specialists on execution and performance. Direct SEO and AI Search strategy , aligning keyword, entity, and content priorities with our SEO/AI Search specialists to compound organic visibility and authority. Guide and train junior team members , reviewing their work, coaching them on strategy and client communication, and helping turn less-experienced strategists into confident professionals. Manage a mixed portfolio of B2B and luxury clients , adapting your strategic approach, messaging, and KPIs to fit both performance-driven B2B tech accounts and brand-led luxury resort, real estate, and senior-living accounts. Lead client relationships , running strategy presentations, QBRs, and roadmap reviews that build trust and demonstrate ROI. Partner cross-functionally with content , paid, SEO, design, and HubSpot/RevOps teams to ship integrated, cross-channel programs that compound results. Stay ahead of the market , bringing new strategies, channels, and AI-driven approaches to our clients and to how we productize growth. Travel periodically to meet clients on-site , attend property visits, and join key strategy sessions — especially for luxury accounts where in-person presence matters. Required Skills and Attributes 6+ years of agency experience , with an emphasis on leading growth and content strategy for clients (not solely in-house or single-channel execution). Proven portfolio ownership — comfortable leading the strategy for up to 8 concurrent client accounts without dropping quality or deadlines. Expert-level command of content funnels , including mapping content to funnel stages, demand generation, and conversion optimization. Strong knowledge of paid media strategy across paid search and paid social — budgeting, targeting, testing, and reading performance to inform strategy. Strong knowledge of SEO strategy , including how organic search and AI Search support an integrated growth plan. A coaching mindset — you genuinely enjoy guiding and training junior team members and elevating the work around you. Comfort across B2B and luxury clients , with the range to manage data-driven B2B tech accounts and brand-led luxury resort, real estate, and senior-living accounts side by side. Excellent client communication — you can present strategy clearly, build trust with senior stakeholders, and turn complexity into a confident plan. Analytical fluency with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar), plus the judgment to act on the data. Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and on-site engagements. Alignment with our core values — Selfless, Driven, Scrappy, Strategic, and Magical. Bonus Skills and Attributes Direct experience with luxury, hospitality, resort, real estate, or senior-living brands. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CMS, marketing automation, reporting). Familiarity with AI Search (AI Overviews/SGE, Perplexity, entity optimization) and AI-assisted content and analysis workflows. Experience building strategic frameworks , SOPs, or playbooks that help an agency scale. A track record of mentoring or formally training other strategists. What's in it for you?
