Partner closely with Digital Ecommerce, IT, Promotions, Retail Merchandising, and Creative/Brand to embed SEO and AEO requirements early into product, site, and campaign planning. Own organic performance reporting to senior leadership — defining KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and connecting organic performance to revenue, customer acquisition, and LTV outcomes. Serve as the internal authority on organic and AI-driven search, educating stakeholders, managing agencies and contractors, and translating industry shifts into clear roadmap recommendations Own local listings strategy and lead Skechers' approach to AI-driven search surfaces including LLMs, AI Overviews, and answer engines
