Responsibilities Perform regular WordPress site maintenance, including plugin updates, theme management, security checks, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal website performance. Conduct comprehensive on-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in metadata, keyword usage, content structure, and technical health. Implement SEO best practices by optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, header tags, images, and internal linking strategies to boost search engine rankings. Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms to analyze website traffic patterns and identify opportunities for growth. Develop and execute keyword research strategies to target relevant search terms aligned with our content marketing objectives. Enhance website content through SEO content optimization techniques that improve readability and engagement while maintaining keyword relevance. Manage technical SEO aspects including site speed optimization via JavaScript, CSS adjustments, schema markup implementation (metadata), and fixing crawl errors. Monitor web analytics reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates (CRO), and overall campaign effectiveness; adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with content creators and social media teams to ensure consistent branding and effective integration of SEO tactics across all digital channels. Support link-building initiatives by identifying opportunities for high-quality backlinks that strengthen domain authority. Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking user interactions and setting up conversion tracking pixels to measure campaign success effectively. Experience Proven experience managing WordPress websites with a strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) architecture. Demonstrated expertise in on-page SEO techniques including metadata optimization, keyword research, HTML/CSS adjustments, and technical SEO best practices. Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for reporting and insights generation. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or similar for analysis and strategy development. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 to troubleshoot issues related to website functionality or speed enhancements. Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve user engagement and lead generation on websites or e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms (Google Search) and the latest trends in search engine optimization (SEO) strategy development.
