There are no limits to where you can take your career. Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join our Lake Worth, Texas facility. This role supports the development of large scale metallic additive manufacturing processes for titanium and nickel super alloys, with applications in aerostructures and aeroengines. The position is hands on and involves operating advanced manufacturing equipment, supporting engineering activities, and contributing to product development efforts. Responsibilities include working with robotic additive manufacturing systems, programming, data analysis, machining support, and technical documentation. Job Responsibilities Support product development initiatives for additively manufactured titanium aerostructures Design additive manufacturing preforms and develop build strategies Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce non conformances Maintain and improve robotic additive manufacturing systems Oversee downstream post processing activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across functions to achieve project goals Develop technical solutions to complex engineering challenges Generate toolpaths for additive manufacturing parts and experimental builds Provide technical support for manufacturing development and production integration Conduct data analysis following additive manufacturing builds under guidance from senior engineering staff Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to manufacturing Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar Proficiency in computer aided design tools Experience with CNC machining, G code, and or robotics Strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Must be a United States citizen Preferred Qualifications Ability to work effectively across a variety of engineering and manufacturing assignments Strong interest in the aerospace manufacturing industry Experience with additive manufacturing technologies Experience with hardware integration, including devices such as Raspberry Pi or Arduino Experience with Siemens NX Experience with laser directed energy deposition Experience with industrial computer aided manufacturing software We'll offer you fantastic challenges and amazing opportunities.
