Job Description

Patient First is seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Search Visibility and Digital Reputation Specialist to help patients find and trust our brand online. In this highly visible role, you will manage and optimize our presence across Google Business Profiles, online directories, AI-powered search platforms, review sites, and social media channels. You will play a key role in improving local search visibility, protecting and enhancing the organization's online reputation, and ensuring patients have accurate, up-to-date information wherever they encounter the Patient First brand. The ideal candidate has experience with local SEO, online reputation management, and multi-location businesses, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal Marketing, Operations, clinical teams, and external SEO partners to drive measurable results across 80+ locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing business listings; Responding to online reviews and social engagement; Supporting search engine and AI search optimization initiatives; Developing local search content; and Identifying opportunities to improve the patient experience through online feedback and insights. Healthcare marketing experience is a plus. Candidates with a strong background in local SEO and digital reputation management are encouraged to apply.
Salary Range:
$51,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience.
