Full-Time About Us Frye Granite and Marbleworks are premier providers of high-end custom granite, marble, quartz, and natural stone countertops serving the Shoals Area and surrounding North Alabama markets. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team and help grow both brands through strong digital presence and excellent in-person sales. Position Overview This dual-role position is responsible for managing the social media and website presence for both Frye Granite and Marbleworks, while also assisting customers with in-person sales at our Tuscumbia showroom and fabrication location. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and others) for both Frye Granite and Marbleworks Create high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, and posts that showcase our work and drive engagement Maintain and update both company websites Assist walk-in customers with product selection, design ideas, and the sales process Support the sales team by answering questions, providing estimates, and helping customers through the countertop selection process Coordinate with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely customer communication Track performance of social media and digital marketing efforts Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook preferred) Comfortable creating photos and short videos for social media Sales experience (retail, home improvement, or design-related preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom and production environment Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Tuscumbia Positive attitude and willingness to learn the natural stone industry Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation Knowledge of or interest in home design, construction, or interior design Photography or basic video editing skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company paid health, dental, vision, health insurance Retirement plan and company match Opportunity to grow with two expanding brands Hands-on experience in both digital marketing and in-person sales Supportive team environment
