Content & Social Media Assistant Wilson Aesthetics Beauty + Wellness Prescott Valley, Arizona Full-Time | On-Site | About the Position Wilson Aesthetics is looking for a creative, dependable, and motivated Content & Social Media Assistant to help bring our brand to life online. This is an entry-level growth opportunity for someone with strong creative potential who loves social media, content creation, beauty, skincare, wellness, and connecting with people. Professional social media experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates creativity, initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our leadership, marketing team, providers, and support staff to capture the Wilson Aesthetics experience, educate our audience, highlight client transformations, showcase our team, and help turn online engagement into appointment inquiries. This is a hands-on, in-clinic position. The ideal candidate enjoys being part of the daily action and is comfortable approaching providers, capturing treatments, creating videos, and finding content opportunities throughout the day. What You'll Do Content Creation Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, products, providers, events, and behind-the-scenes moments Create and edit Instagram Reels/ Stories, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest content, graphics and another other applicable content Capture client testimonials and before-and-after content with appropriate consent Create educational content featuring aesthetics, skincare, wellness, weight loss, hormones, peptides, and other services Film product education, new arrivals, unboxings, and team favorites Save and organize raw footage, completed content, and digital assets Maintain a polished and consistent visual style Social Media Management Assist with managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar Repurpose content across platforms while adjusting it for each audience Post provider schedules, appointment openings, promotions, events, and interactive Stories Research trending audio, content formats, keywords, and relevant social media trends Help maintain a consistent daily and weekly posting schedule Engagement and Community Building Respond professionally to routine comments, tags, and social media messages Engage with clients, local businesses, community organizations, and industry accounts Help build relationships with our local online community Direct medical, treatment-related, or sensitive questions to the appropriate team member Support community events, partnerships, promotions, giveaways, and product launches Assist with development of a Brand Ambassador Program Planning and Reporting Participate in weekly marketing meetings Help maintain the weekly and monthly content calendar Review provider schedules to identify content opportunities Assist with monthly content days and seasonal campaigns Track reach, engagement, audience growth, website activity, appointment inquiries, and other key results Prepare a monthly report identifying top-performing content and opportunities for improvement What We're Looking For Creative with a strong eye for visual content Comfortable taking photos and filming videos in a busy clinical environment Familiar with Instagram and TikTok Basic video and photo editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar programs Strong writing, grammar, captioning, and storytelling skills Organized and able to manage recurring deadlines Reliable, punctual, professional, and responsive Comfortable asking providers and team members to participate in content Able to receive feedback and make revisions promptly Willing to learn about aesthetics, skincare, functional wellness, and Wilson Aesthetics services Able to protect client privacy and confidential business information Comfortable occasionally appearing on camera Preferred Qualifications A portfolio or examples of social media, photography, video, or graphic-design work Experience creating short-form videos Experience managing a business social media account Familiarity with aesthetics, skincare, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare Experience with content scheduling, analytics, photography, or website updates Professional experience is not required if you can demonstrate strong creative ability through personal, school, volunteer, or freelance projects. Schedule This is a full-time, primarily on-site position with travel 1-2 times per month within Arizona.

8:30 a.m.•2:30 p.m. Occasional additional or adjusted hours may be required for events, trainings, launches, or community partnerships.
