$60,000-$70,000 Role Purpose Serve as Law Tigers' boots-on-the-ground social/content executor and primary relationship contact for influencers and creators. This person travels frequently to markets, rallies, bike nights, dealer events, races, rides and other motorcycle activations to capture authentic content, build trusted relationships, find stories and personalities, support community engagement and help execute the national social plan. What This Person Owns Travel to Law Tigers markets and motorcycle events approximately 40-50% of the time. Capture vertical social content, short interviews, B-roll, rider stories and real-time event moments. Support quick-turn Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories and event updates. Work with local Marketing Managers to identify stories and opportunities worth national amplification. Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship contact for Law Tigers influencers and creators, building familiarity and trust through regular text, phone, and in-person communication. Coordinate closely with the internal administrative owner so contracts, deliverables, deadlines and documentation are tracked without making this role the back-office administrator. Identify organic collaboration opportunities between influencers, local markets, events and Law Tigers leadership. Support community engagement, UGC discovery and proactive participation in motorcycle conversations. Assist with scheduling, publishing, captions, tags and collaboration posts when not traveling. Organize and transfer footage efficiently to the videographers and senior lead. Surface trends, creators, rider concerns and field intelligence quickly. Candidate Profile A socially confident, curious, organized early-career social/content professional who likes being around people and events. They should be comfortable traveling independently, approaching strangers, filming with a phone, asking good questions, maintaining relationships by text and phone, and moving quickly without needing a fully scripted Production Plan. Must-Haves Approximately 2-5 years of relevant social media, content, events, digital marketing or creator experience. Comfort creating vertical video and basic short-form content. Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. Comfort approaching and interviewing riders, creators, partners and event attendees. Strong relationship-building instincts and comfort maintaining ongoing creator/influencer relationships through text, phone and in-person interaction, including outside standard business hours when events require it. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40-50%, including some evenings and weekends. Strong preference for an active motorcycle rider; this role will spend substantial time representing Law Tigers in motorcycle environments and should feel naturally at home there. Strong organization and follow-through while working on the road. Comfort supporting day-to-day publishing and community engagement when not traveling. Strong Plus Active motorcycle rider strongly preferred Basic editing capability and experience with quick-turn event content. Prior experience working directly with influencers, ambassadors, sponsored riders or creator partners. Genuine familiarity with motorcycle culture, events, terminology and rider communities; able to connect naturally with riders in the field. Likely Dealbreakers Candidate is looking for a mostly desk-based or predictable Monday-Friday role. Reluctant to approach strangers or conduct informal interviews. Needs every shoot fully scripted or professionally produced. Travel requirement feels like a compromise rather than something they are genuinely comfortable with.
