Reporting directly to the Lead Designer, this role offers hands-on experience in both the creative and technical sides of the apparel industry, including social media content creation, influencer outreach, product development, sample management, garment measuring, fabric evaluation, and quality control. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in fashion, apparel design, product development, and/or social media who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain real-world industry experience. Key Responsibilities Work alongside the Lead Designer and Design Department to support product design and development. Help organize, label, track, and manage development and production samples. Assist with garment measuring, fit reviews, and maintaining measurement records. Learn to evaluate fabrics, composition, stretch, hand feel, and fabric weight/GSM. Assist with quality-control checks for samples and production merchandise. Help document sample comments, design revisions, measurements, and quality issues. Creating photo, video, Reel, and short-form social media content. Help plan and organize social media posts, campaigns, and product launches. Research social media trends, content ideas, influencers, and potential collaborations. Assist with influencer outreach, gifting, and follow-up. Assist with photoshoots, product launches, and other creative or product-related projects as needed. Qualifications Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Passion for fashion, apparel, social media, design, or product development. Willingness to learn and take on a variety of creative and organizational responsibilities. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends. Basic understanding of garments, fabrics, or apparel is helpful but not required. Garment measuring, sewing, fashion/apparel design, or product development experience is a plus. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar creative programs is a plus. Current students, recent graduates, and candidates looking to gain hands-on industry experience are encouraged to apply.
