Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our organization while managing our online presence. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. Additionally, you will craft simple social media content to promote our brand, events, and initiatives, helping us connect with our community and grow our digital footprint. This position offers a dynamic blend of administrative support, office management, and creative social media engagement. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, answer with professionalism, and direct inquiries appropriately Manage front desk operations including check-in procedures and maintaining a tidy reception area Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, supporting clients, and assisting with administrative needs Oversee office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling. Create, curate, and schedule basic content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and community engagement Monitor social media channels for comments or messages; respond promptly with friendly and professional communication Assist with showroom tours as needed, with the opportunity to conduct tours if comfortable Commission opportunity available for employee-led showroom tours that result in a sale Organize and distribute incoming sales leads to the sales team Maintain the conference room, showroom entry, and showroom models in a clean, organized, and customer-ready condition, including restocking supplies as needed. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required Proven experience at a front desk or in office management roles or administrative experience preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite) and content creation tools is a plus Join us in creating a welcoming environment while amplifying our voice online! Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
