Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Google and Facebook Ads Specialist with over five years of proven expertise in digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns. Conduct comprehensive keyword research using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify high-value keywords for targeted campaigns. Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Monitor media performance analytics using Google Analytics, web analytics reporting tools, and media performance dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness. Manage marketing campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across multiple channels while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign results. Generate detailed reports on campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI; utilize insights for ongoing optimization. Collaborate with social media management teams to align paid advertising efforts with organic content strategies for cohesive brand messaging. Requirements Over five years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and Microsoft Ads. Strong expertise in performance marketing techniques with a focus on paid search marketing (SEM), social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and media buying. Proficiency in SEO tools, web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting for data-driven decision making. Demonstrated ability to manage large marketing campaign budgets effectively while maximizing ROI through strategic bidding and optimization tactics. Deep understanding of conversion optimization strategies and media performance analytics to improve campaign outcomes continuously. Skilled in keyword research methodologies using various SEO tools; familiar with pivot tables in spreadsheets for data analysis. Excellent knowledge of PPC campaign management best practices including media planning, media buying, budgeting, and performance tracking. Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights; experience working collaboratively across marketing teams is preferred.
