This unique dual role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, connecting with customers, and working hands-on with jewelry. As our Social Media Assistant, you'll help showcase our brand through creative content, social media management, and customer engagement. You'll also occasionally assist with customer service to ensure every client has an exceptional experience. In addition to your social media responsibilities, this role includes working as a Spark Artist , creating permanent jewelry for our customers. You will be required to learn and become comfortable with welding permanent jewelry chains . Training will be provided, but a willingness to learn, work with your hands, and confidently interact with customers is essential. We're looking for someone who is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable on camera, and excited to take on a role that combines social media, customer service, and hands-on jewelry work . Responsibilities Create and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts. Stay up to date on social media trends and identify creative content opportunities. Engage with our online community by responding to comments and direct messages. Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms. Assisting with customer service, including answering customer questions online or in-store. Support special events, promotions, and product launches by capturing content and interacting with customers. Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns and new ideas.
