The Digital Specialist is responsible for enhancing Research and Economic Development's digital presence through strategic web development, content management, and digital engagement initiatives. The Digital Specialist leads the design, development, and optimization of Research and Economic Development's web ecosystem, with a primary focus on the Drupal Content Management System. This role is responsible for advancing a user-centered, accessible, and high-performing web presence that supports research visibility, innovation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. The position ensures all digital touchpoints are accessible, user-centered, and aligned with institutional branding and communication goals. The full salary range for the Digital Specialist is $75,900.00 - $137,300.00 annually. However, the budgeted salary range for this position is up to $106,600.00 We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
