Instagram Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to support the growth and engagement of our brand across key social platforms. This role blends creative execution with analytical thinking, requiring someone who can spot trends early, respond strategically in real time, and continuously optimize performance through backend insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.). Monitor and analyze backend performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights. Identify emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and cultural moments relevant to the brand. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to benchmark performance and uncover content gaps or opportunities. Develop and execute timely, strategic responses to viral posts or trending conversations to maximize brand visibility. Engage with consumers daily through comments, DMs, and community interactions in a brand-appropriate tone. Experience running paid social media campaigns (TikTok Ads, TikTok Shops Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and boosting strategies is a strong plus. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to plan and publish content calendars. Assist in campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and product launches. Track and report on campaign performance with clear recommendations for optimization. Maintain brand voice consistency across all social touchpoints.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Proven experience managing brand accounts with measurable growth and engagement. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social trends, and audience behavior. Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.). Ability to think quickly and respond strategically in real-time social environments. Excellent written communication and community management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Creator Community Management - Experience with TikTok Affiliate collaboration and management, TikTok LIVE selling, hosting and co-hosting livestreams, is highly desirable. Managing Community Groups on various social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and/or Discord. Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies. Experience in plush or toy industry is a plus. Key Traits for

Hours, Location, & Pay:

This is a full-time position and should expect to work approximately 40 hours per week. This position is located in Pico Rivera, CA and must be available to work in the office - no remote work is available.
