Job Description
Overview We're looking for a creative, organized, social-media-savvy individual in the Boulder area to help with social media and behind-the-scenes content for a well-established podcast, newsletter, and personal development media brand. This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys Instagram, TikTok/Reels, short-form video, storytelling, and the small creative details that make content feel more human and engaging. You don't need to be a seasoned professional, but you should have strong instincts for what works online, be comfortable capturing content in person, and enjoy bringing ideas to life. What you'll help with: Capturing casual behind-the-scenes photo and video content Helping brainstorm short-form video ideas, social posts, and content themes Creating simple Reels/TikToks/Instagram content from existing ideas or raw material Organizing content, clips, images, and ideas so they are easy to find and use Helping identify trends or formats that could be adapted in a way that feels authentic to the brand Manage social media scheduling and publishing You might be a great fit if you: Have a strong feel for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form storytelling Are comfortable working in person in Boulder Are thoughtful, reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with Have a good eye for what feels warm, natural, beautiful, and engaging Can take initiative without needing a lot of hand-holding Are interested in wellness, personal growth, storytelling, creativity, or meaningful media
Requirements:
Experience with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, or simple video editing tools Experience creating content for a brand, organization, personal account or club, Basic photography/video instincts Comfort giving creative input and suggesting ideas About the brand: Good Life Project is a long-running podcast and media platform focused on living well, with conversations around purpose, creativity, relationships, wellbeing, and meaningful work. The show has reached millions of listeners over the years, and we're looking for someone who can help bring more of the human, behind-the-scenes, and social-friendly side of the work to life.
