Our fellowship-trained spine & orthopedic specialists deliver world-class elective surgical treatment. As the only Joint Commission-accredited Spine Center of Excellence in Colorado, we are proud to set the standard of excellence. We also provide care to patients at our urgent care, skilled nursing facility, imaging center and primary care locations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist at Nadora Healthcare. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of our social media platforms, developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing our social media presence. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure effective social media campaigns. Scope of Work This position will be responsible for producing content for the Nadora Healthcare social media channels, along with the social media channels for Northern Colorado Spine & Orthopaedics, The Center at CenterPlace and Nadora Urgent Care. The role expectation is to produce multiple pieces of content each day for the most popular social media platforms, interacting with engaging audience members and staying up to date with the most successful trends and methodology in social media management. Qualifications Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in creating engaging social media content Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Ability to create a content calendar and execute across multiple platforms Ability to create reporting that successfully articulates the strengths and weaknesses of our social media performance
