The candidate will be the visual storyteller for a highly tactile, beautiful industry. From capturing the texture of a premium mosaic tile on camera to launching viral design trends on TikTok, your work will directly inspire homeowners, contractors, and designers every single day. Craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, optimize digital advertising efforts, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our marketing strategies deliver impactful results. Responsibilities Use your photography and videography skills to capture the stunning details of our tile collections, bringing physical products to life online. Create and publish compelling visual content, graphics, and ads across a massive social footprint: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Meta, Houzz, and Google. Collaborate directly with our President and leadership team to launch email campaigns that showcase new product arrivals and inspire our client base. Take ownership of our digital assets, including managing our RoomVo visualizer to help customers see our products in real spaces. Write engaging web content, implement SEO strategies, and tag beautiful imagery with exact metatags to ensure our products dominate search rankings. Analyze multi-channel marketing performance to see what visual styles resonate most, pitching ideas for campaign optimizations. Keep our physical and digital assets aligned by updating email databases and crafting custom sample board labels daily to keep our product displays sharp. Requirements 1-2 years of relevant job experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom to make our products shine. Exceptional eye for lighting, composition, photography, and video creation. Deep familiarity managing business channels on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Houzz, and Google. Clear understanding of email marketing software, SEO principles, and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A collaborative spirit who can pivot seamlessly between high-level creative brainstorming and fast-paced operational tasks. Your expertise will directly contribute to our growth by crafting innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience while leveraging the latest digital marketing tools.
