Social Media Coordinator Summary:
Oversees the day-to-day coordination and monitoring of BayCare social media properties, in collaboration with communications, marketing, customer service centers and key stakeholders. Works consistently to ensure the seamless implementation of the social media strategy across the health system. Facilitates the implementation of social media best practices and content strategies to ensure meaningful engagement with online communities. Coordinates social media content scheduling, helps craft messages to all audiences and assists with issues management. Educates internal stakeholders, senior management and teams on social media value, best practices and platform evolution implications. Monitors social media analytics, derives key insights and establishes KPIs for social media success. Serves in on-call rotation, facilitating issues management activities and messaging.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in
Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or Related Field Preferred Education:
Masters Degree in
Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or Related Field Required Experience:
