We're seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Social Media & Studio Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating engaging content, managing our online presence, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. What You'll Do Social Media & Marketing

• Create, film, edit, and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Stay current on social media trends and help develop creative marketing ideas.
• Assist with content planning, campaign execution, and website updates.
• Photograph and film tattoos, piercings, beauty services, and studio events.
• Monitor social media messages and engage with our online community professionally.
• Client Experience
• Welcome clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones, emails, and social media inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with artists regarding bookings.
• Process payments and accurately manage the cash drawer.
• Educate clients on studio policies, services, and aftercare.
• Studio Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Restock supplies and assist artists throughout the day.
• Follow all Florida health and sanitation regulations.
• Support the team during busy weekends, special events, and promotions.
• Complete administrative tasks and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Customer service or front desk experience.
• Social media marketing or content creation experience.
• Photography, videography, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe experience.
• Knowledge of tattoo styles and the tattoo industry.
• Experience updating websites is a plus.
