Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented individual who loves creating content and building relationships. If you're a tech-savvy professional who enjoys connecting with people both online and in person, we'd love to meet you. As our Social Media & Community Marketing Coordinator, you'll help grow our brand by developing engaging content, cultivating referral relationships, and finding creative ways to attract new customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to make a direct impact on a growing business. What You'll Do Visit referral partners and community contacts to build and strengthen relationships. Represent our brand professionally in the field and within the community. Create and produce engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Film, edit, and publish social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness. Manage and continue growing our TikTok presence, which currently has over 20,000 followers. Develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns to generate leads and increase visibility. Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For Experience using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging content. Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. Creative thinker who enjoys taking initiative and bringing new ideas to the table. Reliable transportation for local networking and referral visits. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating short-form video content. Basic video editing skills. Marketing, social media, sales, or customer service experience. Compensation & Growth Opportunity In addition to your base compensation, bonus opportunities will be directly tied to the success and performance of your content.
