This mid-level role combines content creation, social media management, analytics, and strategic collaboration to support marketing objectives, strengthen brand awareness, and protect the organization's online reputation. The role requires a balance of creative execution and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Creative Execution Develop high-quality written copy tailored to platform-specific audiences and aligned with brand voice and messaging Produce engaging multimedia content, including images, short-form video, and visual assets for social media and digital campaigns Design and edit graphics using approved tools and templates to support content and campaign needs Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and quality expectations Social Media Channel Management Manage, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms Maintain editorial calendars and ensure consistent, timely execution of campaigns and posts Monitor social media activity, engage with audiences as appropriate, and escalate issues following established guidelines Support online reputation management through proactive monitoring and response coordination Strategy, Performance & Analytics Track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools Identify trends, audience insights, and high-performing content to inform ongoing optimization Make real-time adjustments to content and messaging based on performance data and emerging trends Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing stakeholder Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with team to support business goals and campaign initiatives Contribute to content and social media strategy discussions and planning sessions Align social content with broader marketing, brand, and communications strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience desireable Demonstrated experience writing professional, engaging copy for digital audiences Working knowledge of social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Key Competencies Strategic and analytical thinking Strong written and visual communication skills Attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced digital environment Collaborative mindset with a high degree of accountability References required.
