Approximately 15 hours per week Five Star Auto Repair is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Bilingual Front Desk & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This is an afternoon position focused on customer service, vehicle intake, answering phones, creating social media content, and assisting with end-of-day front office closing duties. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general questions. Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service. Perform vehicle intake, including documenting customer concerns and gathering necessary vehicle/customer information. Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures. Communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. Create engaging social media content for the shop, including photos, videos, reels, posts, and promotional content. Help maintain an active and professional presence across the shop's social media platforms. Capture photos and videos of vehicles, repairs, technicians, and day-to-day shop activity for marketing purposes. Assist with basic front desk and administrative duties as needed. Help close down the front office at the end of the day. Perform minimal end-of-day cleaning, including tidying the office/customer area and customer restroom. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish - required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers in person. Comfortable creating social media content and appearing on camera when needed. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms. Basic automotive/mechanical knowledge is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to remain professional when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers. Dependable and punctual. Reliable transportation to and from work. Must be consistently available Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Previous automotive, receptionist, customer service, or social media experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
