The Social Media Analyst helps with developing, implementing, and optimizing content across social and digital channels. This role will monitor and measure the performance of social media campaigns, track key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our overall social media presence. This role focuses on organic social engagement with a range of responsibilities aimed at building brand awareness, fostering social engagement, and driving organic growth through our social media channels. Essential Key Responsibilities Analyze user engagement across corporate social media channels (e.g., click-through and bounce rates) Monitor and analyze social media platforms to identify trends, insights, and relevant conversations related to Dun & Bradstreet. Generate regular reporting on social media performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Identify habits of followers and online audiences and suggest ways to reach a broader audience. Work closely with the Social Media Manager on go-to-market and social campaigns, assisting with bulk scheduling via Sprout and entering posts into the social media content calendar. Partner with members of the People and Communications teams on the creation of content that positions the brand story in ways that entice and appeal to social media users interested in working at Dun & Bradstreet. Support the Employee Social Media Advocacy Program and advise participating employees. Research how emerging social networks and channels can benefit to the Company Essential Skills and/or Certifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices. Social copywriting and editing experience. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience with social media management tools, such as Sprout. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to work well independently and collaborate with teams. Experience in a corporate setting, ideally in an external communications function. Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
