Job Description David Weekley Homes is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern for our Jacksonville division. This internship offers hands-on experience creating photo and video content for Facebook and Instagram while showcasing our homes, communities, events, and team culture. Responsibilities Capture and edit photos, videos, and social platform reels. Travel to Jacksonville-area communities and events to gather content. Assist with content planning and organization. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Construction, and other teams. Research social media trends and recommend creative ideas. Support additional marketing projects as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field; juniors and seniors are preferred. Experience creating social media content through coursework, employment, student organizations, or personal projects. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. Creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Portfolio or examples of photo, video, or social media work are preferred. Interest in homebuilding, real estate, design, or lifestyle content is a plus. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Jacksonville area is required.
