Position Overview This is a full-time position focused on leasing, social media, and supporting the overall operations of the community. Rotating Saturdays are required. All full-time team members are eligible for our monthly occupancy bonus program and our employee apartment discount program. What You'll Be Doing Greet potential prospects and current residents, build rapport, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, processing applications, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in. Manage the community's social media presence, including creating posts and engaging with current and prospective residents. Reach out to current residents to maximize garage and storage unit rentals. Perform regular market studies to keep us competitive. Help plan and attend resident functions to create a sense of community. Inspect vacant units and coordinate light touch-up cleaning as needed. Support the Lead Leasing Consultant with day-to-day leasing activity. Assist the Community Director and Resident Relations Director as needed. Track and report lease data accurately and on time. Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner. Work cooperatively with the maintenance team to support resident satisfaction. What We're Looking For Prior leasing or property management experience preferred. Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation. Strong communication and people skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Team player who takes initiative.
