Job Description We are currently working through a new creative agency transition and need help with social media community management in-house. This person will need strong copy writing skills as they will be creating responses to social media, creating captions, and posts. They need to manage comment threads, DMs, and responses across multiple social media platforms. - Strong copywriting skills, crafting responses, captions, and posts that are on-brand and engaging across different platforms.
- Managing comment threads, DMs, and opportunistic responses across multiple social media platforms via our social aggregator tool (Sprout), while knowing when to escalate any crisis management issues.
- Familiarity with how different social media platforms work (primarily TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, YouTube).
- Highly organized to support with content management, assisting with publishing organic content and developing short form copy as needed.
- Basic understanding of engagement metrics, sentiment trends, and community growth to help translate data into actionable insights.
English primarily, with Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
