Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Community & Content Specialist to manage day-to-day engagement and support content execution across key social platforms. This role focuses on real-time community management, short-form copywriting, and content publishing, while helping translate engagement insights into actionable recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and publish engaging, on-brand copy for social posts, captions, and responses across platformsManage comment threads, direct messages, and community interactions using social management tools (e.g., Sprout)Monitor conversations and identify escalation risks, including potential crisis management situationsSupport content publishing workflows, including scheduling and posting organic contentAssist in creating short-form copy for social, comments, and reactive/opportunistic postsStay current on platform trends and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, and YouTubeTrack engagement, sentiment, and community growth metricsProvide insights and recommendations based on performance data and audience behavior
