Part-Time, Paid Internship About Sweet Drip Cafe Sweet Drip Cafe is a growing specialty coffee brand serving handcrafted beverages, fresh pastries, and unique seasonal menu drops. We're looking for a creative, motivated college student who wants real-world marketing experience while helping build an exciting business from the ground up. Responsibilities Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar. Plan, film, edit, and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Capture behind-the-scenes content, new menu launches, and special events. Assist in developing and enhancing our customer rewards program for integration into our upcoming customer web app. Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content. Monitor social media trends and provide content performance insights. Collaborate with the owner on branding, marketing, and business growth initiatives. Assist with community engagement and help grow Sweet Drip Cafe's online presence. Qualifications Currently enrolled as an upper-level undergraduate (sophomore or above) or graduate student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field. Must be available to work some weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events. Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills. Comfortable creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Prior food & beverage or customer service experience is a plus.
