Sales, Social Media & Operations Assistant Sugar Sweet Georgia Puppies Sugar Sweet Georgia Puppies is looking for a high-energy, organized, creative team member to help support and grow our business. This is a hands-on role involving puppy sales, customer communication, social media content creation, website updates, and daily operations. We're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, move quickly, think independently, and bring positive energy to the team every day. Responsibilities Assist customers in finding the right puppy for their family Respond to phone calls, texts, website inquiries, and social media messages Follow up with leads, appointments, and customer inquiries Create and post daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Film, edit, and publish puppy videos and social media content Help grow engagement and expand online presence Update and maintain website content, photos, videos, and puppy listings Make basic website edits and troubleshoot minor issues when needed Assist with store organization, records, and daily business operations Support the sales process and overall customer experience throughout the day Requirements Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Experience filming and editing videos is

REQUIRED

Basic website management and editing skills Comfortable learning and using digital tools and software Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must love animals and working with people Preferred Skills Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar systems Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar editing software Sales, retail, or customer service experience Photography or social media marketing experience CRM or lead management experience Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business, and online marketing About the Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, customer interaction, and being part of a growing business.
