The Social Media Marketing Specialist will assist the sales associate and customer throughout the sales process including product delivery. In addition, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and sharing videos featuring our staff, culture, and product! Duties/Responsibilities Engages and monitors leads Creates videos to introduce staff, featured products, and social media marketing - focusing on promotional offers and customer testimonials Creates and produces video to represent the store's culture to share what makes us great Engages with customers via video Receives and maintains sales certifications Performs and assists customers during and after delivery with product knowledge, technology and presentation Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred Self-starter manages time and conditions Conducts themselves professionally at all times and works well under pressure Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
