® is looking for someone who knows how to run a front desk, loves the beauty industry, understands social media beyond just posting a cute photo — and can bring all three together. This role sits right in the middle of the

experience. You'll be one of the first people our clients see when they walk in, the person keeping the studio organized behind the scenes, and part of the voice they see when they find us online. We're looking for someone with real front desk experience in the beauty industry AND professional experience managing social media for a business or brand. Both matter. You don't necessarily need to come from a spray tanning studio, but you should genuinely enjoy the sunless tanning and beauty space. Salon, hair, skincare, med spa, cosmetics, boutique beauty or similar experience can translate really well. If you already know your way around spray tanning? Even better.

FRONT DESK + CLIENT EXPERIENCE

You'll help keep the studio moving while making sure every client feels taken care of from the minute they walk in. Welcome clients and create a warm, polished studio experience Manage appointments, reschedules, cancellations and client questions Answer phones, texts, emails and studio messages Handle check-in, checkout, payments, memberships, retail purchases and rebooking Manage appointment flow during busy days Get to know our regular clients and help build lasting relationships Handle client concerns or service issues professionally Communicate with artists and the rest of the studio team throughout the day Keep the front desk and client areas organized, stocked and ready We move fast. You should be someone who can have a client in front of you, a phone ringing, an appointment changing and a team member asking you a question — and still keep it together.

SOCIAL MEDIA + BRAND SUPPORT

We want someone who understands that managing social media is different from occasionally posting on the company Instagram. You should have experience helping manage a brand or business account and understand how to keep a social presence active, consistent and actually interesting. You'll help: Plan and maintain a consistent social media calendar Create and publish Instagram content, Stories and Reels Capture photos and short-form video in the studio Write captions that sound like

Highlight products, tans, artists, clients, promotions and what's happening in the studio Monitor comments and DMs and help keep engagement timely Identify trends that make sense for our brand Track basic performance and understand what content is connecting Help keep the brand consistent across what clients experience online and in person You should be comfortable picking up a phone and creating content — not waiting for someone to tell you exactly what to photograph, film or post every time.

YOU'LL PROBABLY LOVE THIS ROLE

IF... You genuinely like the beauty industry. You understand why someone cares about the difference between an okay tan and a GREAT tan. You notice when the front desk doesn't look right. You remember clients. You can talk to people without sounding scripted. You know your way around Instagram. You understand what makes a Reel watchable. You're organized enough to follow a content calendar but creative enough to know when something happening in the studio needs to be captured right now. And you like working somewhere that is fun, social and fast-paced without being chaotic or unprofessional.

WHAT WE NEED

Front Desk Experience — Required Previous experience working a busy front desk in a salon, spa, tanning studio, med spa, beauty retailer or similar appointment-based beauty business. You should already understand appointment management, client communication, checkout, rebooking and the pace of a busy beauty environment. Social Media Experience — Required Previous responsibility for managing social media for a business, brand or organization. We want to hear about the accounts you've actually helped manage, what you were responsible for and the types of content you created. Experience with Instagram Stories, Reels and short-form video is strongly preferred. Beauty Industry Experience — Strongly Preferred Experience in tanning, hair, skincare, salons, spas, med spas, cosmetics, beauty retail or another beauty-focused environment. Sunless/Tanning Knowledge — Strongly Preferred You don't have to be a spray tan artist, but you should understand the industry, be interested in learning our products and services, and genuinely connect with the

SCHEDULE
