Social and Digital Media Coordinator Iowa Western Community College (IA) Council Bluffs, IA Job Details Full-time $40,000 - $43,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Writing skills Full Job Description JOB The Social and Digital Media Coordinator will support marketing and promotional efforts and increase the online presence of Iowa Western and Reiver Athletics through: The creation of social and digital media content across platformsThe implementation of social and digital media strategy
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Demonstrate IWCC's core mission, vision and values.

Create social and digital media content including videos, images and written messaging.

Manage and oversee select Iowa Western social media accounts.

Assist in the development and implementation of social and digital media strategyCollaborate with the Sports Marketing department and with social media and marketing colleagues across other departments on both strategy and content creation.

Update social media posting schedulesMonitor conversations and online activity across the institution to ensure those representing IWCC online are following guidelines and best-practice tools.

Encourage greater participation and grow Iowa Western's social media participation.

Monitor trending hashtags and topics to identify opportunities to integrate with collegeTrack social and digital marketing efforts.

Improve results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, and coordination.

Update job knowledge through educational and professional development opportunities personal networks.
