The Community, Culture & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for helping tell the Rogers Motors story and strengthening our culture both inside and outside of the company. This position leads and supports our community involvement, employee engagement and morale, social media strategy, sponsorships, events, help support our marketing efforts, and internal communications while making sure everything we do reflects who we are as a company. This person will serve as a Brand Ambassador for Rogers Motors by helping ensure our customers, employees, and communities experience the same culture and values across all of our dealerships. They will work closely with leadership, our marketing team, vendors, employees, and community partners to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Rogers Motors and help ensure everything we do reflects our culture, values, and commitment to our customers and employees. Help maintain a consistent look, message, and customer experience across all six dealerships. Partner with our advertising agency on marketing initiatives and manufacturer compliance. Work with dealership leadership to make sure marketing efforts support the goals of each store while maintaining one Rogers Motors brand. Continue looking for new ideas and opportunities to strengthen our brand and community presence. Social Media Lead our social media team by providing direction, support, and creative ideas. Work alongside the Social Media Associate to plan content, generate ideas, and provide assistance whenever needed. Review and approve social media content before it is posted to ensure it aligns with our brand, messaging, and marketing strategy. Collaborate with the Lewiston dealership marketing team to keep campaigns and messaging consistent across all stores. Help create content including photos, videos, promotions, employee features, community involvement, and special campaigns. Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports for leadership. Community Relations & Sponsorships Manage all sponsorship and donation requests and make sure they align with Rogers Motors' community goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, organizations, nonprofits, and community partners. Coordinate sponsored events from start to finish, including tracking event dates, sponsorship commitments, tickets, tables, and other benefits included with each sponsorship. Manage and distribute event tickets to employees and leadership and coordinate attendance to ensure sponsored tables and seats are filled. Track RSVPs and attendance for sponsored events and communicate event details, timing, ticket information, and expectations to attendees. Maintain an organized tracking system for sponsorships, community events, ticket distribution, company attendance, and sponsorship commitments. Follow up on sponsorships to make sure Rogers Motors is utilizing the tickets, tables, advertising, recognition, and other benefits included. Coordinate with event organizers regarding tickets, tables, logos, advertisements, deadlines, and other sponsorship needs. Coordinate community gift baskets, promotional items, and donations. Manage the Rogers Automotive Scholarship Program from start to finish, including promotion, applications, communication, and student engagement. Continue looking for new opportunities for Rogers Motors to be involved and make a positive impact in the communities we serve. Events, Employee Engagement & Morale Enhance and manage employee engagement and morale initiatives across all Rogers Motors locations. Look for new and creative ways to recognize employees, strengthen company culture, and keep our teams engaged. Develop and coordinate employee appreciation, recognition, and team-building programs. Work with leadership to identify opportunities to improve employee communication, engagement, and overall morale. Plan and coordinate employee events, customer events, and community events from start to finish. Coordinate vendors, promotional materials, scheduling, food, venues, tickets, and other event logistics. Maintain the Rogers Motors event calendar and make sure important dates, deadlines, and events are tracked. Communicate upcoming events and company activities with employees. Support the creation and distribution of our monthly employee newsletter. Help make sure employees across all locations feel connected to Rogers Motors and are aware of what is happening throughout the company. Work evenings and weekends as needed to attend and support company and community events. Administrative & Coordination Support Support our company uniform program, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution. Order and maintain promotional merchandise for dealership and community events. Prepare monthly marketing, social media, sponsorship, and dealership reports as requested. Coordinate travel arrangements for employee training, meetings, and appreciation events. Maintain organized records and tracking for events, sponsorships, donations, tickets, employee activities, and other responsibilities within the position. Employee Relations Support Serve as a backup for New Hire Orientation and facilitate monthly make-up orientations when needed. Assist with employee onboarding to help create a welcoming first impression and introduce new employees to the Rogers Motors culture. Serve as a backup for employee birthday and anniversary recognition. Help coordinate employee recognition and appreciation throughout the year. Support company-wide communication and initiatives that help employees feel recognized, informed, and connected. Requirements Marketing, communications, community relations, event planning, employee engagement, or related experience preferred. Experience with social media platforms and content planning preferred. Strong organizational and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel between dealership locations. Ability and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for company and community events. Future Responsibilities As this role continues to grow, additional responsibilities may include: Managing Costco purchases for employee events and orientation supplies. Expanding employee engagement and morale programs. Supporting recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Developing new community partnerships and outreach opportunities.
